BOOK THE CHURCH
Book the Church first before booking your reception. You will then hear from us when a WEDDING MORNING is planned, usually the end of January. Here you will meet other couples who are getting married that year. The Minister, Organist, Bell tower Captain, Registrar and Verger who will help you with your planning. It is at this meeting that a deposit is required to be paid to confirm the Church booking.
WHO CAN GET MARRIED IN ST ANDREW’S
Getting married at St. Andrew’s is for anyone living in the Parish and who has a qualifying connection, details of which can be obtained by contacting our Wedding Coordinator.
BANNS
Banns are read at the end of the service on the first three Sundays of the month preceding the wedding.
REHEARSAL
A rehearsal of what will happen on your wedding day takes place 2 or 3 days prior to the wedding. Here the Minister will guide you through the service. Then the Wedding Day
FEES
A list of fees payable is available as a guideline, but they do tend to increase annually on the 1st January. Further details can be obtained from the wedding co-ordinator.
